• Once your shots have been taken you'll have the opportunity to see them right then. We'll go through them together and you'll have a chance to rate each of them on the spot.

• I will then keep all the photos you like the best and I'll process them to the specifications of what you've chosen.

• No special makeup or clothing needed, just fix yourself as you normally would if you were trying to present yourself at your best.

• If you have different changes of clothing you would like to use that will be quite acceptable

• Remember this is about you and you deserve to enjoy this.

• When Choosing a photographic package you will be asked for some personal information, your name, address, e-mail and phone number. This will be used in setting up your photo contract; A short easy to read standard document used by most photographers.

The arbitrator's award shall be final, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court having jurisdiction. The parties agree to arbitrate all disputes and claims in regards to these Terms and Conditions or any disputes arising as a result of these Terms and Conditions, whether directly or indirectly, including Tort claims that are a result of these Terms and Conditions. The parties agree that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision. The entire dispute, including the scope and enforceability of this arbitration provision shall be determined by the Arbitrator. This arbitration provision shall survive the termination of these Terms and Conditions.

Class Action Waiver
Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT A PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN EACH'S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PUTATIVE CLASS, COLLECTIVE AND/ OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, SUCH AS IN THE FORM OF A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION AGAINST THE OTHER. Return Policy

Enjoy Extended Holiday Returns & Exchanges

As a courtesy during the busy holiday season, we have extended our usual 30-day limit on returns and exchanges. You have until February 1, 2022 to return or exchange items purchased after October 18, 2021 through January 2, 2022. All other standard return policy conditions apply; see below for details.

Easy 30-Day Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to S.A.Trotter Arts within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions and exclusions below. You may initiate a return or exchange online or phone. If your original item included free items, you must return all associated items for a full refund; the retail value of any free items you keep will be deducted from your reimbursement total.

To Return Items Please Follow The Steps Below

• Locate your receipt you will need your order number and other associated information.

• Log on to https://www.satrotter.com/contact Enter the information requested in the fields or call during the listed business hours. Or you can click below on the Return Form and fill out the online Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request to get the process started.

• A return address and any further instruction will be provided within 24 hours after S.A.Trotter Arts LLC receives the initial return request.

• Pack, Label & Ship
  Replace item(s) and invoice in original manufacturer's packaging and affix return labels securely.
  We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

• Eligibility Conditions
  Please read conditions below.
  If all conditions are not met, S.A.Trotter Arts reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, accompanying free items and accessories. The retail value of any free items you keep will be deducted from your reimbursement total. S.A.Trotter Arts can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees and taxes are nonrefundable.

• Nonreturnable Items
  Digital files. Custom made or special-order merchandise.

• Defective or Damaged Items
  Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or an equivalent model.

• Exchanges
  Please allow 5-10 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed.

• Refunds & Credits
  Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued no sooner than 10 business days after the date of purchase. Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees and taxes are nonrefundable.

• Limited Liability
  S.A.Trotter Arts LLC is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only. Also, claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
